Dr. Kelly Chambers is a dedicated optometrist who is committed to providing exceptional eye care to her patients. She received her Bachelor of Science in Visual Sciences and her Doctor of Optometry from Salus University. Prior to this, she earned her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Delaware. Dr. Chambers furthered her expertise by conducting a year of small RNA research, enhancing her understanding of the complexities of visual health.
During her training, Dr. Chambers completed externship rotations at the Baltimore VA Hospital, Mercy Hospital, and Katzen Eye Group in Maryland. These experiences honed her skills in treating glaucoma and ocular diseases. She also specialized in low vision at Salus University, equipping her with the knowledge to support patients with significant visual impairments.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Chambers enjoys spending quality time with her husband Zane and their two children, Jackson and Maggie. The Chambers family is also completed by their two dogs, Winnie and Brownie, and a cat named Peanut. In her leisure time, Dr. Chambers loves watching the Phillies.
